DJ Lynnée Denise Keynotes FemTech Conference

Sunday April 10, 2016, DJ Lynnée Denise delivered the Keynote address for FemTechNet's annual conference hosted by the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Her talk "Organic Intellectualism: DJ Scholarship, Black Feminism and Erasure Resistance," was recorded and shared with students throughout various colleges. FemTechNet is an activated network of hundreds of scholars, students, and artists who work on, with, and at the borders of technology, science, and feminism in a variety of fields including Science and Technology Studies (STS), Media and Visual Studies, Art, Women’s, Queer, and Ethnic Studies. Pre UK Archives Matter Talk Comes to LA!

London hosted an Archives Matter Conference at Goldsmiths University this past June. California based events organization The International Locals was honored to welcome coordinator Chandra Frank for a pre-talk conference with LA based participants.
